Self catered (self contained) offer full kitchen facilities, including stoves and or microwaves, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, fridges. Most provide full linen and towels included in the tariff.
Often breakfast hampers are available including farm fresh eggs and bread.
Farm activities vary from farm to farm and generally available to self catered guests (in some circumstances a small charge may be levied for self catered clients).
When horse riding is offered arrangements and payment are made direct with farmstay.
All visitors should contact the farm the day prior to arrival to seek assistance and advice on where to purchase provisions.
