 The Homestead is a family owned 10,000 acre sheep, cattle, wheat, canola, rice, soya and maize property on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River half way between Sydney and Adelaide. A charming homestead with superb vistas to the river. There are many bush walks to see the abundance of wildlife and the river has various activities including boating, fishing, swimming or just enjoying the clear sandy riverside beach. Guests experience the life of a typical Australian family and become involved in the day to day farm activities: Stock work (seasonal), shearing, crop harvesting. Facilities include a tennis court, table tennis and a swimming pool.
